Novel Acuflex® I Modified Sit & Reach Test Box

Acuflex® I Modified Sit & Reach Test measures flexibility of the lower back and the hamstring muscles (back of the thigh)

This is the new version of the standard Flex Sit and Reach box for a more accurate check of the trunk and hamstring flexibility. This model allow for variations in lenght of arms and legs of the person being tested (long arms and short legs or short arms and long legs).



Maximum reach indicator. Foot plate for greater accuracy. All-steel construction. Adjustable tension on reach indicator. Complete instructions. Reads in inches and centimeters. One-year limited warranty. Designed to do the new test, but can do the old test equally well.
