ATN PS40-3P Day/Night System, the ATN PS40-3P gives your Daytime Scope Night Vision capability in a matter of seconds. The ATN PS40-3P mounts in front of a Daytime Scope to enable nighttime operation. No shift of impact, no need to rezero nor change of eye relief occurs. The ATN PS40-3P uses the latest in image intensifier tube technology for outstanding resolution and performance. Precision optical alignment is essential for a front sight system to work properly. This is why each ATN PS40-3P is individually tested and aligned on an optical scale by our engineers to provide perfect alignment. The ATN PS40-3P is one of the most compact and lightweight NV systems in its class, at only 840 grams.

ITT Pinnacle™ Image Intensifier Tubes

ATN Night Vision Units with the 3P designation use ITT Pinnacle™ Image Intensifier Tubes. The industry leading ITT Pinnacle™ Image Tubes utilize a gated power supply providing truly outstanding performance in high-light or light-polluted areas, such as urban environments. The Pinnacle™ Tube with gated power supply minimizes any "halo" effects. "Halo" is often associated with using Night Vision Devices in the urban area where random street lights are often an issue with early Generation Night Vision Devices. Night Vision Units with Pinnacle™ Tubes have a typical resolution of 64-72 lp/mm and a typical Signal-to-Noise Ratio of 24. All Night Vision Devices utilizing Pinnacle™ Image Intensifier Tubes come with ITT data record sheet. Units with Pinnacle™ tubes are not available for export. A signed export compliance and end use statement are required prior to shipping of these units.
