Order a minimum of 20 matching Baton Caps and 20 Guardian Handcuff Keys and ASP will waive the customization die and set-up fees for your order. All Baton Caps and Keys Must be the same style and model. Choose from a variety of quality caps and keys from below styles. Send us your logo,markings ,artwork or design ideas and ASP will seal it into the Caps and Keys you chose.

BRASS OR NICKEL SILVER DIE STRIKING Die striking is a high relief, three dimensional method of creating an image. The medallion is struck under great pressure then finished and inset into a machined recess in the product. The same die can be used to produce either brass or nickel silver medallions. There is no cost for the striking die. A minimum of 20 logo products must be purchased.

COLOR DIE STRIKING (Recommended)

The high relief, three dimensional characteristics of die striking are used to form raised metal borders which hold various pockets of color. The medallions are inset into a machined recess in the product. There is no cost for the color striking die. A minimum of 20 logo products must be purchased.

ARTWORK

Black and white camera-ready or digital original artwork is required for brass or nickel silver insignias. Color original art is required for color insignias. We will always engrave artwork in the manner that we feel looks best for each individual logo unless a specific configuration is requested.

PROOFS

Paper proofs of a logo are provided at no charge.

SERIAL NUMBERING

G1 Logo Keys may be sequentially serial numbered at no charge for special presentations or limited editions.

RUSH ORDERS

If a product requires expedited processing (under two weeks) a rush order charge of 25% applies.

LOCATION

The location and orientation (horizontal or vertical) for various types of imprints must be specified.

PRODUCTION TIME

Four weeks are required for production of die struck logos after receipt of an order and artwork. Add two weeks if a pre-production proof is required.

CANCELLATION

Customers are responsible for all work completed at the time of cancellation.
