Product Shipping:

We ship via UPS Standard Ground and USPS in the continental United States. International shipments and those to Alaska and Hawaii require additional shipping charges. Please e-mail us for additional information if you require these services.

Need it Next Day?:

If you require a faster shipping method such as; (Red)Next Day, 2 Day (Blue) or 3 Day (Orange), we can accommodate your requests and contact you with the shipping costs. Please place a note in the comments field or Contact Us for rate and service information on your express shipping needs.

Flat Rate Shipping Rates

We use a flat rate shipping schedule that applies to most of the items we sell. These Rates are based on averaged true-shipping costs. However on some items we have determined additional freight charges are required due to the weight, size or quantity of the items you have ordered. With some of these items we have noted that: ***Standard Shipping Rates Do (or May) Not Apply to This Item*** on the Item's page. Please place your order as normal and we will contact you with an adjusted total to include addtional cost of freight. Only after you agree to the total amount we will process your order.

Non-Continental US Orders

Alternate Force will calculate the additional freight costs for you. We will email you with the shipping charges for your authorization prior to charging your credit card.

APO, FPO-AP Addresses

We do ship to APO, FPO-AP Addresses and we apply the above Standard Shipping and Handling Charges. However, bulky items might be subject to additional shipping charges.

Back Orders

If one of more items on an order are on back order; customer has the option to hold the order until all the items become available and ship complete or receive partial shipments with a shipping charge per shipment. Customer will be notified if any item is on back order.

International Orders

Alternate Force welcomes International Orders. For international orders we have a minimum of US$500.00.

After placing your order you will receive an e-mail confirming your order and shipping costs. You are responsible for any Import Licenses, Customers assessed import duties, all local taxes, and in-country delivery fees (if any).

International Orders are prepaid via Bank Wire Transfer, including orders shipped into the US.

Note that some products are restricted for exportation.
