The multi-function blade locks open via a stout frame-lock mechanism in the handle, which consists of mated solid stainless steel panels and a textured plastic scale for a secure grip. Best of all, the unique glass breaker design on this tool is intended to be used with a hammer-like motion that keeps your hands away from the sharp glass during window breaching.
