ACU Trouser w/NIR 50 Nylon/50 Ctn Ripstop, F5209

Propper ACU uniforms are built to military specifications (MIL-44436) with vat-dyed 50% Nylon / 50% Cotton ripstop fabric. The ACU Trouser features a leg cuff with front closure tie, which allows for more comfortable closure on the outside of the boot collar. Also features knee pouches with hook & loop closures for internal kneepad inserts, buttonfly with a drawstring, bellowed-calf storage pocket, and forward-tilted cargo pocket.

50% Nylon / 50% Cotton Ripstop Exhibits excellent strength, flexibility, toughness, elasticity, and abrasion resistance. Military issued fabric.

NEAR INFRARED COMPLIANCE Near Infrared (NIR) Signature Management Technology is used by the U.S. Department of Defense to prevent detection by NIR Image Converters. These photocathode devices do not detect temperatures, but rather infrared radiation variances. NIR-compliant uniforms use a special fabric that allows soldiers to appear at the same radiation level as the surrounding terrain, thus making them more difficult to detect.
