The Simulaids Trauma Troy Full Body Trauma Skills Trainer is a rugged full body training manikin designed for military, EMS, hospital and disaster response education. Built for demanding hands-on training environments, it supports realistic and repeatable practice of essential trauma interventions. Its water-friendly design allows use in outdoor and decontamination training environments, while the absence of sensitive electronics simplifies deployment and maintenance. Trauma Troy is designed for repeated use and can support casualty movement, moulage, environmental stressors, decontamination exercises and high-volume procedural practice across different training settings.

It supports airway and respiratory procedures including intubation, NPA and OPA placement, advanced airway adjuncts, BVM ventilation, cricothyrotomy and CPR. Trauma interventions include bilateral needle decompression with audible air release, chest tube insertion, IV access, IM injection, sternal IO and bilateral carotid pulses. The trainer also supports CBRNE and HazMat readiness, WMD and decontamination training, realistic casualty transport and medical training for TCCC, TECC, combat medic, Prolonged Field Care, tactical EMS and disaster response programs.
