The ASP TrioRestraint Package brings together compact disposable restraints, a purpose-built carrying case and the Scarab Cutter for fast, organized field use. The lightweight restraints in Black and Yellow fold into three sections for space-saving storage, then open into wide loops for rapid application. Extra-wide straps with smooth edges pass through an enclosed ratchet block with a shim guard, while secondary compression locks add security. A durable polymer formulation helps resist drying and brittleness during extended storage.

It keeps essential equipment protected and accessible on duty belts, dress belts or MOLLE platforms. The molded case securely carries two folded restraints, and one included Scarab Cutter in a dedicated side pocket. Its adjustable Snap-Loc belt loop attaches without removing other gear. Designed specifically for disposable restraints, the lightweight cutter uses compound leverage for controlled removal. It includes a split ring for attachment to keys or tactical bags across demanding modern operational environments.
