Ideal for recreational centers, schools, gyms and doctors' offices, this assessment tester makes it easy to determine children's flexibility to then create personalized fitness plans and routines tailored to each child's individual needs. Children can sit with extended legs pushed up against the platform and hinge at the hips, pushing the tracker as far as they can reach. Based on the results of this test, additional flexibility training can be added to the child's routine to encourage proper posture and better health and mobility over time.
