The ISC Zippey Clip'n' Zip Trolley has been made after incorporating various suggestions from zipline operators around the world. It has a sturdy construction ensuring safe use during any rescue scenario. Zippey is manufactured using a high-spec 4mm aluminum plate with a forged aluminum gate and stainless steel wheels.

It comes with a sealed bearing for ease of operation. The Zippey trolley offers a minimum breaking strength of 5620 lbf (25kN) which gives it excellent weight to performance ratio compared to other zipline trolleys. The design takes care of the challenges faced by zipliners and ensures smooth operation.
