The Kong Gi-Gi Multiuse Belay Plate is constructed from really strong and lightweight aluminum alloy. The device is very much popular among climbers and mountaineers. With its hot-forged multipurpose design, the plate can be used with single, double and twin ropes. The self-locking belaying for one or two seconds and abseiling are the main functions of this device.

This Belay Plate has CE certification which makes it safe to use in all work conditions including climbing and mountaineering. It has a central rib that functions as a fulcrum on the connector and helps easily recover two people separately or simultaneously even if they are secured with ropes that have different diameters. For emergency lifting, Gi-Gi can be used with a self-locking device and a foot pedal. The plate is available in four finishes: black, yellow, polished and titanium.
