Kong Ovalone Aluminum Rise Lock Automatic Sleeve Carabiner

The OVALONE ALU RISE LOCK is an aluminum carabiner with a wide opening and RISE Lock automatic sleeve. RISE, or RIght SEquence, is an automatic locking system patented by Kong that uses two movements for opening and closure. Opening requires rotating the sleeve and opening the gate in the right sequence. If the gate is pressed first, the sleeve does not rotate, keeping the carabiner locked. The system is designed to reduce accidental opening caused by rope entanglement or the gate pressing against an edge.

It has a Keylock system and is entirely developed and manufactured in Italy, with each piece tested. It complies with EN 12275 and EN 362/B standards. The carabiner is made from aluminum alloy, has a main axis load of 26 kN, weighs 75 g, and measures 110 mm in length and 62.6 mm in width, with a 21 mm gate opening diameter.
