The North American Rescue MCI WALK Kit (Mass Casualty Incident Warrior Aid and Litter Kit) is an all-in-one trauma treatment and evacuation solution designed for rapid response to multiple casualty incidents. Ideal as a vehicle trauma kit, it provides essential medical supplies for self-aid, buddy-aid, and point-of-wounding care. The kit includes 8 non-rigid, disposable QuikLitters for quick and efficient patient evacuation.

This is engineered for mobility; the bag features integrated backpack straps for easy transport from the vehicle to the point of need. A structured pocket system organizes medical supplies for immediate access, ensuring responders can treat multiple trauma patients effectively. The MCI WALK Kit is available with either QuikLitters or a MEDEVAC Litter and in Black or Red, providing versatility for tactical, emergency, and mass casualty operations.
