The Nasco Life/Form C.H.A.R.L.I.E. Nursing Med-Surg is a trainer that is used to train students on working on a standardized patient, manikin or a simulator using general essentials like a monitor with display, BP cuff, pulse ox and a glucometer. The instructors can link one or more sets and manage several patients at a time. The training system supports home health aides, nursing and medical programs.

It comes with a high resolution display and there is a high range of scenarios that can be created using the system and they can also easily be edited and shared among other organizations. The assessment system trains students in providing home health aide, CAN and nursing. The integration of systems provide an ability to build out what parts of simulation are needed using a common system.
